INTRODUCTION

Lower Dolpo Trek is all about the outstanding trekking adventures in the remote western region of Nepal. The Lower Dolpa Trek runs for 18 days which begins with sightseeing of the World Heritage Sites located in Kathmandu. The following trekking starts from Jhupal after the flight from Nepalgunj along with the admiring rain shadow landscape of the Himalayas reflected in the colorful barren slopes of the harmonic outlooks of mountains. The trekking in Lower Dolpo region will take you to the hidden trails used by the locals in Phoksundo National Park.



Also, the Dolpo is the area where the pre-Buddhist Bon Po religion is still practiced. This trek leads you to two high passes i.e. Numa La and Baga La. On the contrary note, the trek is popular for its remoteness as the numerous places is still out of the modern civilization, and the people are still the strong devotee in the spiritual values.
