INTRODUCTION

In particular, the trekkers who are looking for an easy route adventures in the Himalayas with low altitude then the best option for them is the Langtang Trek. The rich ecosystem of this valley is well preserved in the rural countryside with terraced farms, bordered forests and green hills with the background of snow white Himalayan range.


The landscapes have admirable dense bamboo trees and the rose tree forests which pass through the waterfalls and snow-capped mountain peaks. Having said this, this trek leads you to the best views of the Annapurna range. This region lies near to the Tibetan border as several Buddhist temples and monasteries are found on the way to the trek. Also, Tibetans and Tamangs have colonized in this region. Gosaikunda is known as a holy destination along with other Himalayan peaks like: Langtang-ri, LangtnagLirung, DorgeLhakpa Peak adding enormous beauties to the region. Hence, making this valley famous for own life styles, rituals, and traditional values of the Himalayan tribes. Some of the places which cannot be missed while exploring the Langtang National Park are villages, climb to small mountains and visit to the glaciers.


In fact, it’s famous for its natural beauty and favorable climatic conditions and extraordinary snowcapped mountain views. The northern part of the area largely falls within the boundaries of Langtang National Park.
