INTRODUCTION

Broad Peak is one of the most popular mountain peaks in Pakistan and listed in 14 highest peaks in the world. Technically, it is not that hard compared to K2 and Everest.

Every year hundreds to thousands of tourists attempt to summit Broad Peak and these numbers is increasing each year. We as a professional mountain expedition operator, run this expedition with the co-operation of local agencies of Pakistan. We provide highly qualified climbing Sherpa Guide, who has already summited K2 and Broad Peak.

For the successful and safe climbing you must have the climbing experiences and the best practice is to climb any 7000m and 8000m peaks in Nepal. We highly recommend climbing Mt. Manaslu, Amdablam or Dhaulagiri before targeting Broad Peak. Every climber should have proper climbing experiences and training experiences in Nepal, which helps to build confidence. Also, we provide some indoor wall climbing training in Kathmandu with the presence of our climbing guide.

The expedition starts from Kathmandu, or Islambad. To fulfill some of the formalities the team will spend 2-3 days in Islamabad for paperwork and briefing at the Governmental Departments of Pakistan. The trekking period up to the Broad Peak Base Camp is 6-7 days. Meanwhile, after spending couple of days the climbing team starts for acclimatization and the proper climbing period is around 35-40 days depending upon the climatic conditions.

Our Sherpa Guide will lead you in every step and the presence of an expert base camp manager is there to support the climbing team. Also, we provide one international mountain guide (IFMGA) in every climbing team of 10 members.

HST Adventures Base Camp management is designed with candid responsibility for benefiting the climbers with the best service. We provide hygienic foods at the base camp and the high camp and arrangements in dining, and the kitchen and sleeping tents. Solar charging system, generator, and Internet are also provided at the Base Camp. Our company is associated with international companies like Kinetic 6 who provide satellite phones and radios, and Summit Oxygen for the oxygen related supplies as we prioritize in quality.
